Match the cleaning workload to the available hours
List the rooms, surfaces and frequency of cleaning. Separate daily upkeep from deep cleaning, external areas or tasks requiring specialist equipment. Describe whether the space is a home or an occupied office and identify areas with restricted access. A clear task list makes it easier to compare a part-time arrangement with a full working day.
What to assess before agreeing
Use a short paid assessment covering ordinary agreed tasks and review organization, care of the property and communication. Explain any product or equipment requirements before the assessment. Ask about comparable work and relevant references rather than expecting the candidate to guess what a satisfactory result means for your household or business.
Put the scope and costs in writing
Confirm who provides tools and supplies, how replacements are requested and how access is managed. Write down the routine tasks and the process for agreeing extras. Include breaks, finishing times and weekly rest in an ongoing arrangement. Review the workload after the first few shifts instead of allowing extra tasks to grow without adjusting time or pay.
- Which tasks are daily, weekly or separately arranged?
- Who supplies equipment and authorizes purchases?
- How will the agreed standard be reviewed?
Plan the work in F-7, Islamabad
Confirm the workplace in F-7, Islamabad, the reporting point and the full schedule. Include any travel between properties, access restrictions and the person authorized to give instructions. Discuss these details before fixing an interview or start date; the area name alone does not confirm that a particular commute or working arrangement is suitable.
Share the brief with Staffly and ask which candidate checks are complete, what remains to be confirmed and how the proposed terms apply to your requirement. Current availability, pay and any project costs must be agreed for the actual work. Keep the employee wage or trade quote separate from the agency fee and review the written terms before paying.
