One Fee. 6-Month Cover.

No monthly commission, no hidden charges. You always know exactly what you pay before staff are placed.

Placement Fee
One month's salary

Charged once, only when you confirm a hire. The staff member's salary is paid by you directly to them, so there is never a markup on their pay.

What Your Fee Covers

  • Discussion of the role, duties, work location, hours and salary budget
  • Candidate shortlisting and interview coordination, subject to availability
  • Review of the checks completed for the selected candidate
  • Six-month replacement support under the written agreement and its conditions
  • A one-time placement fee; the employee’s salary is paid separately
Understand the written terms

The fee pays for a placement service and replacement support under your agreement. Confirm the scope and conditions before paying. It is separate from wages and does not guarantee a particular candidate, immediate replacement or uninterrupted attendance.

How the Fee Is Calculated

For a standard direct placement, the fee equals one month of the agreed salary. For example, an illustrative monthly salary of PKR 40,000 means a PKR 40,000 placement fee. If a full month of salary is also due, those two separate amounts total PKR 80,000. This is an arithmetic example, not a quoted market salary or a payment schedule. Your written quotation and agreement confirm the actual fee and due date, including any agreed exception.

This is charged once, after you confirm you want to proceed with a specific candidate, not at the point you first contact us. Browsing candidates, asking questions and arranging interviews costs nothing.

What Happens If You Need a Replacement

Read the replacement guaranteeand your signed agreement together. If an issue arises during the six-month period, contact Staffly with the placement reference and explain what happened. We review the request against the agreement and confirm the next steps. Replacement timing depends on a suitable candidate being available and your interview arrangements.

Do not assume that a replacement term is a cash refund promise, an unlimited change of job duties or cover for a second position. Clarify any change in role, salary, hours or location before proceeding. Keep fee receipts and the agreed start date with your contract.

What to confirm before paying

Ask for the selected employee’s duties, salary, working hours, joining date and the completed checks in writing. Request clarification about outstanding references, documents or role-specific licences. A candidate profile is not proof that every possible check has been completed.

Confirm the fee recipient, amount and payment reference with Staffly. The placement fee is separate from any salary advance requested by a worker. Discuss an advance directly and record any agreement; do not confuse it with money paid to the agency.

Trade Roles: Why Pricing Varies

Project work and specialist recruitment need a separate scope. Explain the deliverable, duration, materials and supervision before requesting a quotation. Do not assume that a monthly placement fee or replacement condition automatically applies to a repair or project. For several office hires, request a breakdown by role so salaries, placement fees and start dates remain clear.
