Why We Exist
Staffly was launched by Syed Toheed Shah in September 2026. The aim is practical: help an employer describe the job clearly, discuss suitable candidates and put the agreed duties, salary and placement terms in writing. A home cook, an office receptionist and a company driver each need a different assessment.
Our office is in E-11/4, Islamabad. Islamabad and Rawalpindi are our primary hiring markets; enquiries elsewhere depend on the role and current candidate availability. We do not promise an immediate placement or assume a candidate is suitable because of a job title alone. Employers should interview shortlisted people and review the evidence for the individual before confirming a start date.
The standard one-time placement fee equals one month of the agreed salary. Employee wages are separate. Six-month replacement support follows the written agreement. Administration, accounts, sales, customer support, technology and operations recruitment, alongside cooks, drivers, care attendants and household support.
6-Month Guarantee
Replacement support runs for six months under the written placement agreement. Read the eligibility conditions and reporting procedure before hiring.
Transparent Pricing
We charge one month's salary as a one-time placement fee. No hidden retainers, no recurring monthly charges.
