Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our placement timelines, background checks, fees and the 6-Month replacement guarantee, for households and offices across Pakistan.

Timing depends on the role, candidate availability, interviews and checks. Share your preferred start date; Staffly will discuss what is possible. An enquiry does not guarantee a hire within 24 hours.

Ask for the completed identity, reference and role-specific checks for the person shortlisted. Review supporting evidence and clarify anything outstanding before placement. Do not infer a completed police certificate, database check or professional credential from a general website statement.

The standard one-time placement fee equals one month of the agreed employee salary. Salary is paid separately to the employee. Request a written quotation for multiple hires or any different arrangement, with fees and additional agreed expenses itemised.

Replacement support is subject to the written agreement, including eligibility and reporting requirements. Read those terms before confirming a hire. A replacement guarantee does not promise immediate cover or an automatic refund.

Discuss availability for the specific role and provide suitable accommodation. Agree privacy, meals, working hours, breaks and time off. Living at the workplace does not mean continuous duty.

Islamabad and Rawalpindi are our primary markets. Availability elsewhere depends on the role, location and current candidates. Confirm suitability and the reporting arrangements before agreeing a start date.

Yes. Staffly handles office, administration, sales, accounts, customer support, technology and operations enquiries alongside household staff. Share a role brief, experience requirements, hours and budget so the shortlist addresses the actual job.

Job seekers should use staffly.pk/jobs and the application instructions for the relevant vacancy. Employer enquiry forms are for clients hiring staff; applying does not guarantee selection or an immediate vacancy.
