Team & bulk recruitment in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

A coordinated plan for more than one hire.

Opening a branch or growing a team creates several hiring decisions at once. Staffly helps you organise the requirement by role, location and shift so interviews and joining dates can be planned together. The first step is a workable headcount plan, not an assumed promise of immediate deployment.

Break the headcount into real positions

Ten employees can mean ten identical roles or a mix of supervisors, customer-facing staff and operational support. Separate those groups. Each needs an appropriate salary budget, screening criteria and interview decision-maker.

Prioritise the positions that must be filled before others can start. Recruiting a supervisor first can improve the onboarding of the rest of the team. If the budget or launch date is fixed, identify where you have flexibility in experience or joining sequence.

Share a role-by-role recruitment plan

  • Number of hires for each role and work location
  • Shift coverage, working days and supervision arrangements
  • Essential skills and salary range for each group
  • Interview availability and who can approve an offer
  • Target joining waves and training capacity at each site

Keep screening consistent without making it generic

Candidates for the same role should be assessed against the same criteria. A shared interview scorecard helps different managers compare evidence fairly and keeps feedback useful. Different roles still need different practical checks.

For sales teams, test communication and product understanding. For stock or operations roles, assess accuracy and process-following. For support staff, clarify daily duties and site access. A single broad interview cannot establish suitability for every position in a recruitment drive.

Coordinate decisions and joining dates

Appoint one contact to consolidate feedback, track decisions and resolve changed requirements. Delayed approvals can cause candidates to accept other offers, so reserve interview slots and agree how quickly your team can respond.

Use joining waves that match your training capacity. Prepare equipment, workstations, uniforms where needed and supervisors ahead of arrival. Confirm the start date with each person; a shortlist is not the same as a confirmed team ready to start.

Measure the campaign and review early

Track candidates interviewed, offers accepted, actual joiners and unresolved positions separately. These measures help identify whether the obstacle is sourcing, the offered terms, interview scheduling or onboarding capacity.

Agree fees, scope and replacement conditions for the recruitment assignment before proceeding. Your company remains the employer. Review early attendance and performance against the brief and communicate issues promptly. Hiring volume alone does not establish that a team is working well.

Questions employers ask

Is there a guaranteed minimum number of hires?

Headcount and sourcing feasibility are discussed after reviewing the roles, budget, locations and timeline. An enquiry does not guarantee a particular number of placements.

Can we hire across several branches?

Yes, you can submit a requirement with headcount and shifts for each site. Confirm coverage and the proposed interview and joining plan with Staffly.

Do all employees have to join together?

No. A phased joining plan can make training and supervision more manageable. Agree the order and target dates before the search begins.
