Need Staff Urgently?
Share your deadline, duties and budget. We will discuss current availability and the steps needed before a suitable candidate can start.
Prepare an Urgent Hiring Brief
Separate essential duties from preferences. Explain which tasks need cover first, the reporting address, working hours and salary budget. A clear brief helps identify whether a candidate can realistically accept the role.
Arrange an interview and review the checks completed for the actual candidate. Ask about identity documents, relevant references and experience with the duties. Clarify outstanding checks and the start date before making arrangements that depend on someone being present. Keep a practical contingency for any gap in cover.
We will not rush a childcare or elderly care placement to hit a deadline. Those roles involve someone spending unsupervised time with a person who cannot always speak up, and they deserve a proper interview and a longer trial even when the need is urgent. We would rather tell you that plainly than hand you a same-day nanny you have not properly met.
What Happens After Your Enquiry
Start with the role, reporting area, schedule and budget. Tell us which duties cannot wait and which can be arranged later. Ask about suitable candidates and the information available for review; the number and timing of introductions depend on the requirement.
You interview them yourself, by phone or in person, and choose. We arrange the introduction and handle the terms conversation if you want us to. Confirm the proposed start date with the selected person rather than assuming an introduction means they can report immediately.
What Slows a Request Down
Highly specific requirements are the main thing. A cook who specialises in low-salt diabetic cooking, lives in, and speaks English is a much narrower search, because fewer people in any pool match all three at once. Every additional non-negotiable requirement shrinks the candidate set.
Festival periods slow things too. Demand spikes across every household at once in the weeks before Eid while many staff travel home, and no agency can conjure candidates out of that. If your need is urgent during that window, tell us immediately rather than waiting.
If your requirement is genuinely narrow and the timeline is genuinely tight, we will tell you which of the two has to give rather than quietly missing the deadline.
Common Questions
How fast can you actually place someone?
Timing depends on the role, current candidates, interviews and outstanding checks. Share your deadline and ask what is possible. We cannot guarantee a same-day or 24-hour placement.
Do you cut corners on verification for urgent requests?
Urgency should not replace a candidate-specific review. Ask which checks are complete, review the evidence and discuss anything outstanding before confirming the hire.
Does an urgent placement cost more?
No. The placement fee is the same one month of agreed salary regardless of how quickly the role is filled, and it is still charged only once you confirm a hire.
Do Not Let Urgency Push You Into an Unverified Hire
The real danger in an urgent staffing gap is not going a few days without help. It is the temptation to take whoever is available immediately through an informal contact, with no identity check, no police record check, and no way to confirm their work history is what they claim. That decision gets made under pressure and lived with for years.
A realistic start date and a careful review are more useful than an unconditional deadline. Six-month replacement support follows the written agreement. The standard one-time placement fee equals one month's salary; confirm the quotation and payment terms before proceeding.
