Confirm the nursing requirement and credentials
Describe the type of professional support required and the agreed hours without placing sensitive clinical details in a public enquiry. A qualified healthcare professional should define the clinical scope and instructions. Home nursing, general companionship and household help are different requirements and should not be treated as interchangeable when shortlisting.
What to assess before agreeing
Ask for relevant qualifications, current professional credentials and experience suited to the proposed work. Confirm how those details will be checked and who is responsible for supervision and clinical instructions. References can help explain previous responsibilities, but do not replace credential verification or a professional assessment of whether the role is suitable.
Put the scope and costs in writing
Clarify shift coverage, handover arrangements and the responsible contact before confirming a start. Discuss confidentiality, access to necessary information and the process for raising a concern. Confirm payment and replacement terms for the specific arrangement. This page supports hiring conversations; care decisions and clinical procedures remain with the appropriate healthcare professionals.

- Which qualifications and credentials have been verified?

Plan the work in Bahadurabad, Karachi
Confirm the workplace in Bahadurabad, Karachi, the reporting point and the full schedule. Include any travel between properties, access restrictions and the person authorized to give instructions. Discuss these details before fixing an interview or start date; the area name alone does not confirm that a particular commute or working arrangement is suitable.
Share the brief with Staffly and ask which candidate checks are complete, what remains to be confirmed and how the proposed terms apply to your requirement. Current availability, pay and any project costs must be agreed for the actual work. Keep the employee wage or trade quote separate from the agency fee and review the written terms before paying.
