Define the electrical work and assess relevant experience
Explain the problem, the affected part of the property and whether you need fault assessment, installation work or ongoing maintenance support. Identify any building-management contact who must approve access or a planned interruption. Give the electrician the relevant information during an inspection rather than asking for a fixed solution based only on a short message.
What to assess before agreeing
Use a suitably qualified professional for the work and ask about experience with comparable installations. Discuss how the proposed work will be assessed, documented and checked on completion. A hiring interview or reference call is not a substitute for the technical assessment needed at the property. Keep occupants away from the work area and agree access through the responsible site contact.
Put the scope and costs in writing
Request a written scope separating labour, proposed materials and any work that depends on inspection. Confirm who authorizes purchases and changes, who receives the completion record and what follow-up is included. Clarify whether the quoted rate covers a visit, a working day or the agreed project. An advertised guide rate cannot establish the cost of an unknown fault or a larger installation.
- What can be confirmed only after inspecting the property?
- Which access and interruption arrangements need approval?
- What completion checks and records will be provided?
Plan the work in DHA Rawalpindi
Confirm the workplace in DHA Rawalpindi, the reporting point and the full schedule. Include any travel between properties, access restrictions and the person authorized to give instructions. Discuss these details before fixing an interview or start date; the area name alone does not confirm that a particular commute or working arrangement is suitable.
Share the brief with Staffly and ask which candidate checks are complete, what remains to be confirmed and how the proposed terms apply to your requirement. Current availability, pay and any project costs must be agreed for the actual work. Keep the employee wage or trade quote separate from the agency fee and review the written terms before paying.
