Write a childcare brief around the actual daily routine
Explain the children’s ages, the hours when care is needed and whether a parent or another responsible adult will be present. Describe ordinary routines and any school or activity pickups separately. A childcare role should have a clear boundary; adding cleaning, cooking and unrelated errands can leave too little time for the main responsibility.
What to assess before agreeing
Ask about experience with comparable age groups and speak to relevant previous employers where possible. Discuss communication, following the household routine and when the caregiver should contact a parent. Arrange an appropriately supervised introduction and a paid assessment of agreed ordinary duties before relying on the arrangement. Confirm role-relevant training and any specific requirements directly.
Put the scope and costs in writing
Identify the responsible household contact, authorized pickups and the process for unexpected schedule changes. Put hours, breaks, weekly time off and payment arrangements in writing. For live-in work, explain accommodation and privacy as well as duty hours. Share necessary care instructions privately with the selected person rather than placing children’s personal details in a general enquiry.
- Which childcare duties take priority throughout the shift?
- Who can give instructions or authorize a change of plan?
- What supervision and introduction will be arranged?
Plan the work in DHA Rawalpindi Phase 1
Confirm the workplace in DHA Rawalpindi Phase 1, the reporting point and the full schedule. Include any travel between properties, access restrictions and the person authorized to give instructions. Discuss these details before fixing an interview or start date; the area name alone does not confirm that a particular commute or working arrangement is suitable.
Share the brief with Staffly and ask which candidate checks are complete, what remains to be confirmed and how the proposed terms apply to your requirement. Current availability, pay and any project costs must be agreed for the actual work. Keep the employee wage or trade quote separate from the agency fee and review the written terms before paying.
