Separate the reported symptom from the plumbing scope
Describe where the problem occurs, when it was noticed and which rooms or fixtures are affected. Explain whether the property is occupied and who can give access for an inspection. A request to stop a leak, replace a fixture or maintain a larger property can involve very different work; let the inspection establish the proposed scope before comparing final quotes.
What to assess before agreeing
Ask for relevant experience and a clear explanation of what the proposed work includes. Discuss whether access to concealed areas or coordination with another trade may be needed. Compare the same scope between candidates so a low initial price is not mistaken for an equivalent offer when important preparation or reinstatement has been omitted.
Put the scope and costs in writing
List labour, materials, removal, cleanup and any making-good work separately. Agree who purchases parts and who approves changes discovered during the job. Record the completion check and how a concern should be reported afterward. Confirm whether the arrangement is a visit, a day rate or a defined project, and which items remain provisional until inspection.
- Which fixtures or areas are included in the inspection?
- Does the quote include access, cleanup and making good?
- Who approves replacement parts and additional work?
Plan the work in Askari 13, Rawalpindi
Confirm the workplace in Askari 13, Rawalpindi, the reporting point and the full schedule. Include any travel between properties, access restrictions and the person authorized to give instructions. Share the brief with Staffly and ask which candidate checks are complete, what remains to be confirmed and how the proposed terms apply to your requirement. Current availability, pay and any project costs must be agreed for the actual work. Keep the employee wage or trade quote separate from the agency fee and review the written terms before paying.
