Separate the household duties before choosing an arrangement
Write down the cleaning, laundry and other ordinary household tasks you need, then estimate how they fit into the available hours. Cooking, childcare and personal care should be discussed separately rather than assumed to be included. Explain the size of the household and which responsibilities remain with family members or other staff.
What to assess before agreeing
Ask about experience with a similar workload and use a short paid assessment of the agreed duties. Show the candidate the relevant rooms, equipment and routine. Discuss how instructions will be given and what to do when several household members ask for different things. One consistent contact makes the arrangement easier to manage.
Put the scope and costs in writing
Confirm daily reporting times or live-in accommodation, breaks, weekly time off and payment dates. Describe access boundaries and how supplies or damage concerns are reported. If the work changes, discuss the new responsibility before adding it. Review the actual task list after the first few shifts and adjust unrealistic expectations promptly.
- Which duties are included and which need a separate role?
- Who gives instructions and reviews the work?
- Are the agreed tasks realistic within the proposed hours?
Plan the work in Bhara Kahu, Islamabad
Confirm the workplace in Bhara Kahu, Islamabad, the reporting point and the full schedule. Include any travel between properties, access restrictions and the person authorized to give instructions. Discuss these details before fixing an interview or start date; the area name alone does not confirm that a particular commute or working arrangement is suitable.
Share the brief with Staffly and ask which candidate checks are complete, what remains to be confirmed and how the proposed terms apply to your requirement. Current availability, pay and any project costs must be agreed for the actual work. Keep the employee wage or trade quote separate from the agency fee and review the written terms before paying.
